You can also use internet in Kalay. There are now two internet cafes opened in Kalay. Moon Star Internet Cafe near Highway Bus Terminal is quite convenient and friendly to use. The connection speed is quite slow though, and it cost 1,500 kyat per hour, very expensive compared to Yangon and Mandalay. But still, there are many users there. Another one is in downtown Kalay but I haven’t been there.
