It is now possible to apply for D-Form in Myanmar (Burma). D-Form is a formality that you have to submit at the port of departure to the immigration authority in Myanmar. As the Government is moving the D-form office to new capital in Pyinmanar, it would become inconvenient for the people to ask for D-form. So, to make life easier, the ministry has set up an online application procedure. You can apply for D-form anywhere the internet is connected. The ministry is testing the facility now and will be fully finctionally in 1st January 2007 when the system is changed to online applicaion.

Hi. i would like to ask something. i just submit the d form for my parent n i made some mistake that key in the same visa number. So.do i need to submit again? or is it possible for them to approved? we r myanmar
